او معیارهایی برای انتخاب روابط عمومی برتر برشمرد كه ارتباط بارسانه یكی از این معیارها بود.

به نظر می رسد ارتباط با رسانه ها یكی از پذیرفته شده ترین موارد در چارچوب همان بایدها و نبایدهاست.

یكی از خبرنگاران حاضر در این همایش گفت: ارتباط برخی یا متاسفانه بسیاری از روابط عمومی ها در استان فارس با رسانه ها ارتباط خوبی نیست و به جای اینكه روابط عمومی ها عامل پیوند باشند، به نوعی می توان گفت كه دیوار هستند.

او ادامه داد: توصیف همسایه دیوار به دیوار وقتی معنا دارد كه با حفظ اصول، روابط خوبی بین همسایگان باشد و دیوار این یكی ، پناهگاه دیگری باشد نه اینكه دیوار در دیوار، بیانگر روابط رسانه و روابط عمومی باشد.

دغدغه ارتباط خبرنگاران برای پی گیری های خبری از مواردی است كه بسیاری از روابط عمومی ها نه تنها این دغدغه را رفع نمی كنند، بلكه دیواری بین مدیر دستگاه و رسانه ها می شوند.

وی گفت: برای تهیه خبرها و گزارش های مثبت و نه چندان منفی باید هفته ها و حتی نزدیك به یك ماه با روابط عمومی سازمان ها تماس بگیریم و نهایتا دست خالی بمانیم اما در تماس مستقیم با مدیر درعرض نیم ساعت ، گزارش را تهیه می كنیم.

به عقیده وی، این كار باعث می شود كه در دفعات بعد برای تهیه مطالب، سراغ روابط عمومی ها نرویم.

حسین مالكی از پیشكسوتان عرصه خبر هم معتقد است بهتر است یكی از معیارهای سنجش روابط عمومی ها میزان همكاری آنها با رسانه ها باشد و در این زمینه از خود خبرنگاران و مدیران رسانه ها، نظرخواهی شود.

وی به ایرنا گفت: باید خبرنگاران و مدیران رسانه ها به صورت مستند و با آمار و ارقام و زمان دقیق، نحوه همكاری یا عدم همكاری هر روابط عمومی با رسانه را به مدیران مربوط یا مرجعی برای رسیدگی به كار روابط عمومی ها اعلام كنند تا ارزیابی ها دقیق تر باشد.

سید حسن اصل مند، مدیر كل روابط عمومی وزارت كشور كه در همایش روابط عموی دستگاه های اجرایی فارس سخنرانی كرد، در این زمینه معتقد است: دسترسی به منبع خبر یكی از بزرگترین دغدغه های خبرنگاران است.

وی ادامه داد: عدم همكاری در این زمینه و ایجاد تاخیردر انعكاس درست اخبار ، باعث می شود كه اخبار با استفاده از منابع نامعتبر، انتشاریابد.

اصل مند افزود: قلم و فكر خبرنگاران می تواند در اطلاع رسانی درست و به موقع به ما كمك بسیاری كند و امیدواریم مسوولان از این فرصت ها و امكانات به بهترین شكل ممكن برای بازتاب توانایی های نظام و دولت استفاده كنند.

در این همایش، استاندار فارس گفت كه نقش رسانه ها در این اطلاع رسانی و بیان اقدامات و كارهای صورت گرفته بسیار مهم و اثرگذار است و همه ما وظیفه داریم كمك شود این كار به بهترین شكل ممكن انجام شود.

حسین صادق عابدین گفت: بصیرت ما در روابط عمومی ها و عرصه خبر باید بسیار بالا باشد و تلاش كنیم با جریان سازی خبری و ابتكارعمل، در زمین دشمن بازی نكنیم.

مدیركل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان فارس هم دراین آیین گفت: توجه ویژه به دارایی های نامشهود هر نهاد و دستگاه از اصلی ترین وظایف روابط عمومی هاست.

محمود عالیشوندی افزود: اگر روابط عمومی خلاق باشد این دارایی ها را مورد توجه قرار می دهد و یكی از این شاخص ها و دارایی ها ، برقراری ارتباط با مخاطبان اداره هاست.

وی بیان داشت: اجزای مختلفی در اداره ها و سازمان ها همكاری دارند كه اگر این اجزا با هم همسو نشوند بخشی از پیام و رسالت آن اداره و سازمان ابتر می ماند.

مدیركل فرهنگ وارشاد اسلامی فارس ضمن قدردانی از تلاش خبرنگاران رسانه های مختلف این استان گفت: امروز بیشترخبرنگاران ورسانه های فارس،اقدام به تولیداخبارمی كنندوازكپی برداری ازنهادهای خبری اجتناب می ورزند.

دبیر شورای اطلاع رسانی فارس و سرپرست روابط عمومی و بین الملل استانداری این استان هم گفت: روابط عمومی برشانه راست خود باراقناع و بربال چپ خود ترغیب را حمل می كند و این دو رسالت عظیم در نقطه نهایی خود ایجاد حسن تفاهم را محقق خواهد كرد.

كامبیز رضایی افزود: رسانه ها و روابط عمومی را می توان چشم بینا و گوش شنوای یك سازمان دانست و اگر این دو عضو حساس ضعیف عمل كنند مطمئنا باید آن سازمان را رو به زوال دانست.

وی بیان كرد: با توجه به این كه روابط عمومی ها را به عنوان پل ارتباطی بین سازمان ها و افكار عمومی جامعه معرفی كرده اند، اگر یك روابط عمومی قادر باشد به درستی اطلاع رسانی دقیق، هنرمندانه و به هنگام را در دستور كار قرار دهد و میان مدیریت مجموعه، سازمان و شهروندان ارتباط برقرارو بازخورد فعالیت ها را به گونه ای رصد كند كه امكان رشد شاخص های عملكرد سازمان فراهم شود، توانسته به رسالت خود در این زمینه عمل كند.
